Franklin Street

This old brick house needed some help!  Moving the chimney in the corner was not an option so we exposed it.  The cabinets are from Omega Cabinetry, the quartz counter top is by Caesarstone.  The eat-in breakfast area is complete with a small round prep sink.

GRANITE vs. QUARTZ Countertops

This is a debate that has been going on for as long as contractors can remember. While cost wise they are majorly the same, so there really is no comparison there. Most of the time it is a matter of personal preference. Some people just prefer one over the other. If you like 100% natural stone in your kitchen, then Granite is the way to go. If you don’t mind a countertop that isn’t 100% natural then maybe try a Quartz countertop. While Granite is 100% natural stone, Quartz is 95% ground natural quartz and 5% polymer resins. So it really is up to you. Make the choice based on what you like, natural or not. Or maybe choose the old fashion way and pick based on whatever you find more appealing aesthetic wise.

Skyline

This owner wanted an eat-in island with several seats.  The main section of cabinets is Maple with an Alma finish and the island is Quarter Sawn Oak with a Sable stain color.  The countertop is a Silestone product, the color is Sierra Madre.

This house was in desperate need of an update.  They chose Maple cabinets by Omega Cabinetry and quartz counter tops by Caesarstone.   See our gallery for the before and after pictures.
