At first I was a little sticker shocks and thought about cutting thing off to save money. But decided to trust Jeff and went for it. What the Customer Wanted
The client wanted an enclosed patio that was all weather and maintenance free. The property is a rental property for renters at the Lake. If it is raining she wanted the renters to be able to stay dry and still enjoy the outdoors. She wanted the lower floor to always stays dry so that the renters can barbecue and enjoy the outdoors, even on a rainy day.
The Solution
We removed all the old decking and put down new composite decking. We enclosed the lower level using a screen room system and wrapped all the posts with aluminum. Installed aluminum handrails that were decorative and useful. We installed an aluminum dry below system so the lower patio below the deck stays dry when it rains.
- The weatherproof panels form a system to keep the rain away.
- The deck is built in such a way that it will collect rain and move the rain to a gutter system to keep the below deck dry and move the water away from the house.
- All the panel are made of aluminum unlike most companies that use vinyl.
